TheWriteDeal (this “Site”, “We”, "TheWriteDeal.Org") curates and sell e-books and digital book excerpts, or e-leafs, from original unpublished works. We present works of any length or at any stage of completion, to be read at leisure or on the go a reading device or computer. Your use of TheWriteDeal.Org, its services and any material on the Site is subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Using this website or downloading material from it implies that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy and Copyright Policy. We may revise and modify the Terms at any time at our sole discretion by posting the revised Terms on the website and notifying our members via email.

Downloads by Authorized Users. “Authorized Users” are parties who are authorized to download content from TheWriteDeal.Org based on their membership status or because they have purchased from us the specific material they wish to download. A personal account is required to download or purchase content from this website. Authorized Users may not share personal account information with any other party. Authorized Users are permitted to use content downloaded from this website in the following manner: to save it or view it on a single computer or electronic reading device at one time in a manner accessible to the Authorized User only. All materials on or from TheWriteDeal are protected under U.S. trademark and copyright laws. TheWriteDeal.Org (this “Site”, “We”) is a writing talent discovery platform for the digital age. We curate and sell e-books and digital book excerpts, or e-leafs, from original unpublished works. We present works of any length or at any stage of completion, to be read in one sitting or on the go on a reading device or computer. Your use of The WriteDeal.Org constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices it describes. Using this Site also constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Use and Copyright Policy.

How We Collect Your Information. You can visit many of our Site pages anonymously, without providing any personal information. Opting Out. The Site provides members and other registered users the means to voluntarily opt-­‐out of mailing lists and content delivery from us. You may also contact Customer Service to select opt-out preferences.

Data Security. We have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect through our Site. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information and cannot be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition of information or data submitted to our Site, or for any resulting damages.
