AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

When you sign up to join us, your membership is set to automatically renew. To see your automatic renewal date, go to the My Bookshelf page. To turn automatic renewal off, unclick "Auto-Renew" in My Account. Your membership will expire at the end of the current period. You can upgrade your membership status at any time via your My Bookshelf page. You will not be charged any additional fees for upgrades.

CANCELLATION

Go to the My Account page and unclick "Auto-Renew" in My Account. Choosing this option will ensure you receive all eligible benefits for the remainder of your membership. At the end of your current period, your membership will expire and your card will not be charged.
